“Learning together” is a core commitment of the Academy at Elkin. What does "learning together" mean to you?
We had the opportunity to "learn together" with the RootEd team, an educational group that provides professional development for Elkin teachers on building project based learning opportunities, just a couple weeks ago. We explored our local hiking trail system and discussed ways to put learning into action on the trail for our students. We are excited to have our students begin their hike into learning!
